How to make Tomato and Feta Strata Ingredients:4 large eggs½ cup plain yogurt1 tbsp olive oil1 small onion, diced1 clove of garlic, minced2 tbsp sage, chopped1 tbsp tarragon, chopped½ to 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes16 oz. canned diced tomatoes with juicesalt/pepper3 to 4 cups of bread (of your choice), cut into 1-inch cubes4 oz. feta, crumbled Procedure:Preheat the oven to 450. salivating right now...hahaha. LOOKS AMAZING! what is strata though? interesting name. i guess the bread makes it 'strata' cos otherwise it would be an ommelette ;). maaan do i loveee food! never heard of this before so i must try it. (: basil would also be nice in this dish
