To tuck or not to tuck - that is the question

What’s the form on this one – should a man tuck his shirt in (dress or casual) for a night out? Does it really depend on your body shape, as in a shirt left out might look slightly more flattering for the ‘amply-defined’ gentleman? Or is it more down to the style of shirt? Does the untucked shirt epitomise metrosexual elegance or ignorant slothdom?

Personally I feel comfortable with tucking in for work and unleashing the shirt tails for play – what do others think?

tuck it when at work. but untuck it when its Friday and informal gatherings. i say, it depends how big one's tummy is ...if he will look good tucked or untucked. look at yourself on the mirror and decide.

Depends on the clothes im wearing or the occasion or how i feel at the time, and sometimes a combination of all or some. End of the day a personal choice to be made.

Tucking just creases your shirt and makes you look a scruff when untucked.

Not to tuck, definitely the best way to go my friends! The only time to tuck is business shirts.

Trully cool is not to tuck-in, for it really not only look cool and rugged but feels cool and great as well.... but of course when it comes to formal attire, one has to tuck-in, such as business shirts.... Be in and cool, feel free and rugged... Cheers!
