Limit the Alcohol

Go easy on the booze before and during a sex marathon; while a couple of drinks can relax you and set the mood, too much alcohol can lead to the dreaded brewers droop - which isn’t ideal for obvious reasons. And because alcohol is a depressant, rather than powering you on, it can make you feel sleepy, which also isn’t good for marathon sex.

Practice Self-Control

If you’re losing your erection then switch to a position that offers more friction and deeper penetration, or if it’s going the other way and you’re ready to blow, move into a position that doesn’t send you over the edge. It’ll take time and practice to master this delicate balancing act. But bear in mind that the marathon doesn’t have to end if you orgasm, just have a rest before getting back on the horse.
