Vodafone XP3 Mobile

Ian Knott Ian Knott

Ian is a multimedia reviewer who would seriously consider selling his wife and kids to own the latest electronic gadgets.

In a world where mobile phones are as much of a fashion accessory and/or multimedia business tool or mini laptop, it’s a breath of fresh air to see a new mobile that features… well, bugger all really. Vodafone’s new XP3 handset (manufactured by Sonim)

More about Vodafone XP3 Mobile

  • Sounds pretty tough but it is a pity it doesn't have a radio
  • Shaun McMahon says
Casio have been able to make watches that can be used as ice hockey pucks (and still work) since the 80s and we are now only getting cell phones that can be dropped from more than 2m and still work, pathetic
  • Sounds good to me
  • Not bad, if they had a smartphone version of this i would be pretty happy. i am way too hard on my phones but need to be able to check emails, facebook twitter etc for my job
  • If the XP3 can be run over by a car, walked on by an elephant, attached to a rocket, shot, put in a washing machine and still survive, its worth every cent! I've lost at least $1500 worth of phones that have been wrecked in the washing machine so this would be ideal.

The price of this one is pretty resonable aswell.

Ehh, it's screen would probably still crack, and you would most likely be blamed and say you knocked it on a sharp edge.

It's overkill and probably won't protect your phone that much
  • Batch says
I have this phone. For me battery life, waterproof, drop proof, dust proof and the warranty are the most important. Nomad the three year warranty covers damage from dropping the phone and cracking the screen! In fact pretty much any kind of damage caused in every day use is covered.

Check out just how tough the phone is here at the You Tube Video here
