    Aside from having the distinct privelage of bearing the same name as myself, Christoph clearly bears razor-sharp intellect, wit and a very strong understanding of not only his craft but that of the people he works with.
    If more Germans had carried such selfless diplomacy in the time the movie was set then this movie could have been a work of 100% fiction instead of a bloody and glourious film filled with Tarantino twists, turns ans suspense!
    Bravo Christoph and the same to Quentin!!!

    Inglorious Basterds was one of my favorite movies of '09. Christoph Waltz part was also my favorite of that movie!

    During the opening scene of Inglourious Basterds he delivers possibly the best monologue I have ever witnessed in film...no wonder he won the top award at Cannes for Best Interpretation...his speech and mannerisms were so chilling and you knew where it was all leading to, yet so engaging and captivating that you couldn't take your eyes and ears off him. Needless to say I dribbled my icecream all down the front of my shirt as I sat mesmerized in the theatre....

    War movies aren't usually my thing, but this one sounds like one that I could really get into. Anything directed by Tarantino is well worth watching and I can't wait to see this one :)
